My fees are within the recommended fee schedule of the British Columbia Psychological Association (BCPA)
Therapy and Consultation
- 50-minute therapy session: $240
- Telephone consultations and/or document review (for existing clients): $60 per 15 minutes
- I am registered as a Mental Health Provider with the First Nations Health Authority, Health Benefits Program (FNHA – HBP)
Payment may be made by cheque, cash or e-transfer and is required at the completion of each session.
Psychoeducational Assessment
The current fee for a comprehensive psychoeducational assessment is $3950.00.
Payment will be collected in two instalments: on the day of the first assessment session (50%) and at the start of the final feedback meeting (50%).
Please note: Psychological services are not covered by MSP; however, insurance companies and employee assistance programs may cover a portion or all of the services from a Registered Psychologist. Psychological services by a Registered Psychologist can also be claimed as a medical expense on your personal income tax return.
An electronic receipt with my CPBC registration number will be issued within 24 hours after payment has been received. You can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations require 24 hours notice for a therapy or consultation session, and 48 hours notice for a psychoeducational assessment session. Otherwise, 50% of the fee will be charged.
